We bought our first home together with the help of Charnelle Whittemore of CW Realty in 2014. This was also a time that we were selling the property wewere living in, and anybody that has tried to sell a home while buying another home knows that it's not a stress free process, but Charnelle and her staff were very professional, kind, understanding, extremely helpful and readily available to answer every question that came up during our entire real estate selling and purchasing process, which really made this a lot easier than we had imagined it was going to be. There was never any pressure and we were always reassured that the decision was completely ours, from the homes we looked at to the offers we received on the property we were selling. Once we found a home we wanted to buy, Charnelle and her staff went to work, from setting us up with the mortgage to purchase the new home to marketing our property we were selling on every available avenue so we wouldn't have the responsibility of two properties any longer than absolutely necessary. We had the reassurance of Charnelle's experience reviewing all of our financial agreements from the lender before signing them, and thankfully her thorough explanations to all of our questions put us at ease, and we were able to close on our home less than 3 months after we began the process of searching for a house. It was only 3 months after the closing on our new home that Charnelle came to see us with an offer on the property we were selling, which we accepted, and CW Realty once again stepped up and had everything ready within a week for us to close. Our decision to use CW Realty to buy and sell real estate with is one we are so very thankful we made because they helped us not to buy a house, but find a home for our family.

As first time home buyers not having a clue what to expect, Carrie Crews made everything as simple as could be for my husband and I. She worked hard to help us find our dream home and we could not be any happier with our experience! If she was not available, Stephanie Human stepped in to help us in whatever way she could.
